Virtual Program

Are you a High School or University student interested in the world water crisis? Do you aspire to become a water activist and an agent of change? Join us for Isla Urbana’s Virtual Water Activist Program

Isla Urbana’s Water Activist Program started in 2016 and has continued to empower high school and university students from all over the U.S. in learning more about our work and Mexico’s distinctive role with the world water crisis. Our aim is to grow awareness while helping to create agents of change! Although students generally spend a week in Mexico City to experience it, due to the pandemic prompted us to make it, we are making it available virtually while adding unique online interactive experiences that are sure to make a lasting impact.

The program costs $250 per student which is directed to funding rainwater harvesting systems for individuals in need. Students who refer a friend get a $25 discount.
